This website is operated by Electric Sheep Foundry LLC (Albuquerque, NM, USA). We take data protection seriously and collect only what is strictly necessary.

What We Collect

Server logs: Our hosting provider (Hetzner) records standard web server access data, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are retained for security purposes and deleted automatically after a short period.

Email subscriptions: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Analytics: We use Betterlytics for privacy-friendly website analytics. Betterlytics collects aggregate page view data without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without processing personal data. No visitor profiles are created.

No advertising cookies: We do not set cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

  • Server logs: our legitimate interest in security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f))

Data Processors

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Processes server log data as a data processor under a data processing agreement.

Subscription email: FastMail Pty Ltd, PO Box 234, Collins Street West, Melbourne VIC 8007, Australia. Used to deliver newsletter emails to subscribers.

Transactional email: Mailgun Technologies, Inc., 112 E Pecan St #1135, San Antonio, TX 78205, USA. Used for transactional system emails (e.g. account notifications).

Analytics: Betterlytics, Friedrichstraße 123, 10117 Berlin, Germany. Processes aggregate, anonymised page view data under a data processing agreement.
